Rodney Lim is an experienced Licensed Acupunctrist registered with the TCM Practitioners’ Board (MOH) Singapore, a Researcher, Trainer, Speaker, Author and who is very passionate in his work. Over the years, Laser Acupuncture Centre has established herself as premier Holistic Healthcare Centre with Clients from all over the World as such USA, Russia, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Australia, Japan, Korea and Asean countries.
He had referrals from Doctors and Specialists to help their Clients recover successfully from Chronic Low Back Pain, Frozen Shoulders, Tennis Elbow etc which may otherwise retort to Surgeries. Also, he is the Holder of the Singapore Book of Records Award for being the 1st to Use Laser for Acupuncture in 2007!
Some of his Clients includes 100 metres Athlete World Champion in 1991-93 Mr Andre Cason, New York renown Choreographer, Mr Labisari who choreographed Shaolin Gonfu into a Dance and family of former Indonesian President.
His Clinical research papers had been accepted by World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Society (WFAS), also published in World Chinese Medicine, Beauty Magazine, Female Magazine and others. He also fulfilled his Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) by providing free Quit Smoking Treatment to needy students and Community Work at Chua Chu Kang RC Zone 9 to help residents Quit their Smoking habits.

About Us
Mr Rodney Lim was a Graduate in Electronic & Communication Engineering from the Singapore Polytechnic in 1977. His earlier experiences were involved in Broadcasting, High Frequency Transmission, Integrated Security, Marine Electronics, Marine Radar, SSB, Automatic Radar Plotting Aid(ARPA) Systems, Satellite Communications and Satellite Navigators/Receivers. With his vast experiences, he gained entry of his membership into The Institute of Engineers, U.K in 1979 and is often referred to as a 'Techno-Acupuncturist'. He was a Chartered Member of the International Laser Therapy Association, UK in 1991 and is licensed to operate laser machinery (view certificate). He recently attained the Practical Acupuncture Technology certificate.
He received his initial Laser Training from Professors, Scientists and Engineers of Space Laser srl in Italy in 1986. Thereafter, he further gained his Laser knowledge and training in London, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, China, Thailand and Indonesia and attended many International Laser Congresses and Conferences etc. He has conducted numerous talks and presentations in various schools, clubs and contributed to Health Articles in Beauty Magazines on Laser Acupuncture & Classical Acupuncture. He was invited to give talks in certain television and radio programmes including 938 Live's The Living Room. Laser Acupuncture Centre was established in the late 1980s by founder, Mr. Rodney Lim who was also the Pioneer in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. He obtained his Diploma in Acupuncture in 1988 and admitted as a Permanent Member of the Singapore Acupuncture Association in 1991. Also, obtained his International Proficiency in Acupuncture for Professional Acupuncturist (W.H.O) China in 1977. Mr. Lim was awarded by the Singapore Book of Records for being the 1st to use Laser for Acupuncture in 2007!
Rodney also was a member of the JAYCES organization serving the community for 10 years from 1974 to 1984. In 1984, he was selected to become the president of the Sentosa Chapter.
